2 Tubes of choice By The Same Artist
Mask Of choice
Font of choice
Wordart of Choice...I Made my own using 1SnappyDNA and IMPACT

Which you can download from here
Let's Begin:
Open a 600 X 600 new image
Floodfill white
Copy and Paste Paper 4 as a new layer
Apply mask-Merge Group
Copy and Paste element 12 as a new layer
Resize about 80%
Magic wand-Click inside of the frame
Selections-Modify-Expand by 5
Copy and paste paper 4 as a new layer
Position-Selections-Invert-Delete
Move below frame layer
Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer
Position-Selections-Invert-Delete
Deselect
Add a dropshadow of choice
Lower Opacity on tube layer to about 70
Hide your background and mask layer
Merge-Visible
Unhide your background and mask layer
Add embellishments of choice
Resize if needed
Add a dropshadow
Add Your Main Tube of Choice as a new layer
Add dropshadow
Add your name and any sayings you'd like
Crop Off excess white
Resize
Add copyright info and license #
Save and your done
