Tube Of Choice
Mask Of Choice
Font Of Choice
Scrapkit...I am using a FTU by Scraps By CWD Called Little Miss Sampler Freebie

Let's Begin:
Open a 600 x 600 New image
Floodfill white
Copy and paste paper 4 as new layer
Apply Mask
Merge-Group
Add a dropshadow to your mask layer
The one I used is V1, H-1, O 50, Blur 2, color black
Copy and paste frameReize by 80% two times
Magic Wand-Click inside of frame
Selections-Modify-Expand by 5
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer
Selections-Invert-Delete
Move below frame layer
Add a drop shadow to your frame
DeselectCopy and paste tube of choice
Erase any part you do not want over the frame
Add a dropshadow
Copy and paste frame wrap of choice as a new layer
Using your deform tool-adjust to fit frame
Add a drop shadow
Add embellishments of choice
Resize as needed
Add a dropshadow to all
Crop Off Excess White
ResizeAdd your name and any saying you would like
Add copyright and license #
Save and your done.
