Supplies Needed:
1 Tube of choice
Mask Of choice
Font of choice
Scrapkit is By Simply Sensational Scraps called Sweetheart a Freebie
Which you can download from here
Lets Begin:
Open a 600 x 600 New Image
Floodfill white
Copy and paste paper 21 or paper of choice
as a new layer
Apply Mask
Merge Group
Duplicate
On the original go toAdjust Blur Gausian Blur 15
Copy and paste frame of choice
Resize about 50%
Magic Wand-Click inside your frame
Selections Modify-Expand by 3
Copy and paste paper of choice
Selections-Invert-Delete
Move below frame layer
Do Not Deselect
Copy and paste tube of choice
position the part you want in the frame
Selections-Invert-Delete
Move below frame layer
Select none
Add a dropshadow to your frame and tube layer
Duplicate your frame layer
Repeat above steps
Make sure you have the duplicated mask layer active
Copy and paste the word art as a new layer
Resize 110%
Add a dropshadow of choice
Add any embellishments of choice you want
Resizing if needed
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer
Position
Add a drop shadow of choice
Crop off excess whiteResize
Add your name and copyright Info and license numbers
Save and your done.
