Supplies Needed:
1 Tube of choice
Mask Of choice
Font of choice
Scrapkit is By Bea called Good Or Bad.

Which you can download from here
Lets Begin:
Open a 600 x 600 new image
Flood fill white
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer
Apply Mask-Merge Group
Copy and paste frame of choice as a new layer
Resize if needed
Magic wand-Click inside of frame
Selections-Modify-Expand by 5
Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections-Invert-Delete
Move below frame Layer
Make frame active-Selection-Invert
Copy and paste tube of choice as a new layer
Selections-Invert-Delete
Move below frame layer-Select-None
Add a dropshadow to the frame and tube layer
I added the plugin Xerox-Porcelain to the tube layer
This is optional and you don't have too
Close off background and mask layer
Merge-Visible
Add any embellishments you would like
Resize if neededadding a dropshadow to all
Crop Off Excess White
Resize
Add your name and any saying you would like
Add copyright and license #
Save and your done.
