This Is Going to be short and sweet!!!!!

Lets Get Started:

Open a 600 X 600 New Image Floodfill WhiteCopy and paste the paper as a new layerApply mask-Merge GroupDuplicate the mask Layer and on both layers go toAdjust-Blur-Radial Blur with these settings:Blur Type-ZoomBlur-Strength-50 Elliptical checkedeverything else 0click okMerge your mask layersCopy and paste frame as new layerMagic wand-click inside of your frameSelections-Modify-Expand by 5Copy and paste paper as new layerSelections Invert DeleteMove below the frame layerCopy and paste your tube of choice and erase anything below the frameAdd a dropsahdow of choice to fram and tube layerAdd any embellishments of choiceresizing as neededDropshadow of choiceCrop excess whiteresize to your likingAdd proper copyright and license numberadd your nameSave and your done.Hope you enjoyed my tutorial and thank you for trying it.All results are welcome and all comments are welcome.
