This Is Going to be short and sweet!!!!!
Lets Get Started:
Open a 600 X 600 New Image Floodfill White Copy and paste bcs Satin paper as a new layer Apply mask of choice-Merge Group Copy and paste the frame Copy and paste your tube of choice Duplicate your frame layer and move the duplicate above your tube layer Now erase any part of the frame you do not wish to be on your tube Erase any part of your tube hanging below the frame Now add any embellishments of choice Add a dropshadow to your tube and your original frame layer Dropshadow all embellishments When your done crop off all the excess white and resize to your liking Add your name and proper copyright and license numbers Thats it your done.
